About Kelly
Kelly is an Operations executive and startup veteran (Uber, Airbnb, Convoy) turned consultant, advisor, and business catalyst.
After 15 years scaling Operations across marketplace & operationally complex industries, she was eager to find a way to spread her 0-1 builder, operator, and leadership experience. She started consulting in 2021 and hasn’t looked back!
Whether it’s scaling what works or fixing what doesn’t, Kelly’s passion for helping companies unlock their own 0-1 momentum is contagious. The team’s she work with are forever up-leveled when they see the magic of Kelly’s strategic expertise & executional rigor in action.
