Kairos Council
exists for women who have reached the level of leadership where you’re:
feeling lonely, at the top or as an expert
developing others more than you’re being developed
the key decision maker, without a clear “number two”
needing to grow fast as a cross-functional influencer
exploring what authentic leadership means to you
At Kairos Council, you get to be your full self.
We know you put on a strategic persona for your team, for your boss & for your peers. Inside the Council — you get to drop the mask.
Kairos Council is a safe space for exploring your toughest problems, and how you want your career to unfold. Yes, the 30+ years you have left of it!
We do this through monthly Council gatherings, where we do two high impact exercises:
Speed problem solving. Like speed dating, but for CX leadership level problems. You bring a problem which your peers help you solve. And then, you help brainstorm solutions to others problems (problems you definitely experience, too!).
Career path cameos. From thought leaders to creative entrepreneurs to VC backed founders to CX leaders to authors to portfolio careerists to board advisors to angel investors, the Kairos Studio team brings in one inspirational woman to share their career story, to help inspire & shape yours.
Choose present and future you, at the same time.
Membership to Kairos Council is $50/month (or $500/year), and is by application only.
Requirements to join are:
10+ years professional experience
5+ years CX/CS experience
2+ years management experience
You may be employed full time, part time, have a portfolio career or own your own business. We are looking for passion & expertise, not for employment status.
We aim to be in touch within 48 hours of your application.
What People Are Saying
“I’d been feeling lost before I found Kairos Council. I’ve had a great career, and yet something was missing. Seeing the variety of careers of inspiring women — especially those balancing family & professional ambitions — gave me my mojo back.”
— M, CX Director
“Being a leader was something I had started to resent before I found Kairos Council. I gave work so much… and yet received very little, aside from a paycheck. I found my tribe in the Council, and I’m so grateful to have found on a tight knit professional community.”
— C, Head of CS
“Kairos Council provides the kind of development workplaces should give leaders — simple, useful & inspiring. It’s the one meeting for me each month, something I haven’t had the privilege of for a very long time.”
